Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in a Selected Company

The thesis is focused on the motivation and remuneration of employees in the selected company. It investigates in an analysis of the motivational and remuneration system of a company Lidl Česká republika, v. o. s. The aim is to find changes and recommendations for improving situation of company in the future. The theoretical part of dissertation explains meaning of a motivation, basic motivational theories, remuneration and employee benefits. The practical part describes characteristics of the company that I have chosen. It also includes an analysis and evaluation of the current system. In the conclusion of the dissertation is a summary based on results that have been done and there are also suggestions and recommendations.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the study of services management in non-profit organization. The thesis is divided into four parts. Introduction of the chosen non-profit organization, theorical part, analysis of the current situation of services and proposals for improvement. In the first part is introduced chosen non-profit organization. In the theoretical part is defined non-profit sector, services sector, services marketing and processes. The analytical part is made of describing services, international processes and marketing research of customer satisfaction and its evaluation with the SWOT analysis method. In the last part are proposals for improvement of current services, processes and customer satisfaction.
Leisure time and leisure activities of middle school age pupils in Slaný

This bachelor thesis deals with leisure time and leisure activities of middle school age pupils in Slaný. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part describes and defines the basic concepts related to the work, such as leisure, leisure education, leisure education facilities and characteristics of secondary school-age children. The last chapter is then devoted to a brief description and characteristics of leisure education in Slaný. The research part elaborates on a questionnaire survey conducted among sixth and seventh grade pupils of primary school in Slaný. The main objectives were to find out how pupils spend their free time, what leisure activities and clubs they prefer in their free time and whether or not there is satisfaction with the offer of leisure activities in Slaný. The results have been processed into tables and graphs and the data from the research reflect the current situation. Nutrition in ulcerative colitis

This bachelor thesis deals with nutrition in ulcerative colitis. The goal of the thesis was to find out how the nutrition meets nutritional and energetic needs of patients, to find out which foods most often cause problems for patients and to find out which foods are well tolerated and sought in the relapse. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical section. The theoretical section deals with the disease of ulcerative colitis, its definition, clinical picture, treatment or nutrition. The section about nutrition deals with its most important components, important foods, nutrients, as well as recommended and mentioned diets. The practical section is divided into two parts. In the first part, data were obtained by a quantitative method using questionnare of own design. The research group consisted of 179 respondents with ulcerative colitis, who stated in the questionnaires, among other things, which foods they consume at various stages of the disease. In the second part of the research, two-week diets from 4 respondents with were evaluated. These diets were evaluated with the help of the Nutriservis application and the results were compared with the recommended values of energy and nutrient intake of individual respondents, calculated on the basis of height, weight, age and sex. The data obtained using the questionnaires show that the most common problems for patients in relapse cause e.g. legumes, poppies orfatty meats. Poppies, legumes ornuts, for example, most often cause problems in remission. On the contrary, lean meat, sea fish, eggs or potatoes are well tolerated in relapse. The evaluated diets of the respondents show that no respondent in the average values from the whole two weeks reached the calculated values of energy and essential nutrients, which i determined on the basis of calculations. The most deficient nutrient was carbohydrates of which there were 52 deficient days out of a total of 56.
Influence of Psychological States to sport performance in Archery

Title: Influence of psychological states to sport performance in achery Purpose: Main aim is classify fundamental psychological states, which could have main impact on the sport performance and then attest their relation thanks to applied questionnare, which will be put forward to achers before and after competition to comparison their progressions. After that obtained informations will be analyzed and determited, which way mental condition affects sport performance. Methods: For reseaerch investigation is used questionnares method SUPSO, which created Mr. Mikšík in 2004. This method is focused to research and description actual psychological state of human. Questionnare SUPSO is applied to acrhers from six achery clubs in Czech Republic. Results: Used qestionnare is evaluated after aplication to achery group. From obtained informations is described psychological state of each individual from examined group. There are secured sport results from Czech national championship and is discovered relationship between actual mental condition and sport performance Keywords: psychological states, sport performance, questionnare.

in English Aim of the thesis: The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the term drill and depict its current use within the English lesson and also assess its role within the language school, where drill is used as a primary teaching technique. Drill is a technique which went through its greatest development when the Audiolingual method became widespread but gradually, throughout the time of the Communicative approach, it began to lose popularity. Despite this, the drill has not been completely forgotten. Not only can we see drill exercises in modern textbooks, but we also encounter drill in the classroom. Drill has been defined in the theoretical section, where its forms have also been described. In addition, the use of drill in various different methods has been further elaborated on and the reasons that led to its downfall.
